2. Products and Payments
**2.1. Garden Furniture and Small Wooden Novelty Animals**
– All garden furniture and small wooden novelty animals must be paid for in full before construction via an online form, with payments processed through Stripe.
– Smaller garden furniture can be delivered within a 5-mile radius of the BL4 postcode for a £5 fee or collected for free. Bulky garden furniture such as benches are for collection only.
**2.2. Prints of Pencil Portraits** – All prints of my famous people and animal art must be paid for in full before printing and shipping.
**2.3. Commissions for Personal Portrait Art**
– A deposit of 50% is required upon receipt of an emailed invoice to begin work on personal portrait art commissions.
– Two revisions are included in the price of the commission.
– The remaining balance must be paid via invoice before the artwork is posted.
– Commissions will be sent in either an A4 cardboard envelope or a cardboard tube.
– No refunds will be issued unless there is evidence of postal damage.
3. Shipping and Delivery
**3.1. Prints and Small Wooden Novelty Animals**
– I ship prints and small wooden novelty animals to the specified address provided during checkout.
**3.2. Garden Furniture**
– Smaller garden furniture will be delivered within a 5-mile distance of BL4 for a £5 fee or can be collected for free. Bulky garden furniture such as benches are for collection only.
4. Refunds and Returns

– All sales are final and non-refundable once construction begins.

– Prints are non-refundable unless there is evidence of postal damage.
